This Privacy Statement describes how Endoria Energy processes your personal data, both as a website visitor and as a partner, and how you may exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your privacy is of great importance to us and we will handle your personal data with the utmost care. We use your personal data solely for processing any requests you may submit and for your registration for participation opportunities. Your personal data will not be provided or sold to third parties without your consent. If you have indicated that we may no longer use your personal data, it will be deleted.

Privacy Statement

The internet services and website of Endoria Energy (www.EndoriaEnergy.com), owned by OOS Energy B.V. (hereinafter also referred to as “Endoria Energy” or “we”), are made available to you subject to the following terms and conditions. By using the internet services and website, you (the “user”) are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.

Endoria Energy only collects personal data from visitors to its website with their consent. Personal data means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual or legal entity, including a name or telephone number, email address, personal preferences and information about online activities that directly relate to that person or entity. However, if you wish to access certain confidential pages or wish to participate in investment opportunities, Endoria Energy may require your personal data.

Where personal data is provided in such circumstances, Endoria Energy will treat this information confidentially, except where the same information is required by Endoria Energy employees for the performance of their duties, where the purpose is to inform you about Endoria Energy's services and projects, or where the information is required by judicial authorities or disclosure is required by law.

Marketing and administrative purposes:

We process your personal data for the purpose of attracting investment capital for our projects through newsletters and/or telephone consultations, based on a legitimate interest, namely direct marketing, where we have obtained your consent in advance. Where applicable, your consent constitutes the lawful basis for such processing.

Personal information will not be made available to visitors to our website and will not be sold to other organisations. Endoria Energy takes responsibility for ensuring compliance with this Privacy Statement within the organisation by protecting your personal data through secure servers and by means of name registration.

Our server collects the domain names (but not the email addresses) of visitors to our website. This information is collected, among other things, to determine the number of visitors to the website, the amount of time visitors spend on the website and which pages are viewed. Endoria Energy uses this information to improve the content of the website.

6. Your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

With regard to your personal data, you have the right:

to access your personal data;
to have inaccurate or incomplete personal data rectified;

to have your personal data deleted;
to object to the processing of your personal data; and
to request that the personal data you have provided to us be transferred to you or to a third party where the processing is based on your consent or is necessary for the performance of a contract.

7. Retention period

We will not retain your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes described above, unless the data must be retained in order to comply with legal obligations, such as statutory retention periods.

In any event, we apply the following retention periods:

Personal data of website visitors who do not become a partner or customer within the foreseeable future will be deleted within 36 months;
Personal data of participants will be retained for a period of 7 years after the customer relationship has ended;
Our financial records will be retained for a period of 7 to 10 years in accordance with statutory tax retention requirements.
